Harvey L. Kliman, Ph.D. 

 Physical Chemist, materials scientist, textile developer and general tinkerer, retired (1998) after ~30 years in DuPont R&D. Finally, fully retired (2006) after working on materials for ballistic protection of soldiers (with DDM) and working with a New Jersey consultant, Ron Doades, doing best practice studies for the utility industry. 
Education: AB from Boston University, MA and PhD from Princeton.
